MIKE REAGAN-General Manager & Head Coach After guiding the Flin Flon Bombers to first place in the Bauer conference with a 37W 17L 1OL 3SOL, a 10 point improvement from the previous season, Mike Reagan signed a two year contract extension with the team and will return to finish were he left off. The contract will see Reagan coach the team till the 2011 – 12 season. “My goal is to bring a championship back to Flin Flon, “ said the Coach/GM who has a 102W 58L 6OTL 6SOL record, and has taken his team from last place the year before he took over, to first place in just three short years. He’s on the right track. After losing out in the playoffs the last three year to the eventual SJHL Champions, the team is on the cusp of a championship. He has an excellent eye for recruitment, having signed or traded for scholarship caliber players. Mike suited up for his hometown Bombers for four season and sits in the top five in most offensive categories including 4^th in all time points and 1^st in games played. After junior, Reagan accepted a full scholarship and played for four seasons compiling 81 points in 132 games with the Sacred Heart Pioneers, where he has sent two players to this past season on scholarships. Now back in Flin Flon after stints in Pro hockey, his passion for the game, and especially the Bombers, is what helps him recruit players on his way to his ultimate goal, to build a championship.
Assistant Coach: Michael George David Scully David Joins the Bombers coaching staff after spending much of the last 10 years in Alberta. David is a former player and captain of the Flin Flon Bombers from1996-97 to 1998-99. Scully will bring a wealth of knowledge and a colorful personality to the dressing room. JEFF “WOODY” WOODS - Trainer & Equipment Manager
The Bombers are pleased to announce that their trainer for the upcoming season is Jeff "Woody" Woods. A Brandon native, Jeff brings a wealth of experience and the Flin Flon Bombers are pleased to have someone of his caliber looking after their players. After being a stickboy as child for the Brandon Wheat Kings, Jeff would later become their head trainer and remembers fondly the Wheaties run at the Memorial Cup in 1995 (losing out in the semi-finals). In 1997Jeff headed to the CFL where he was the assistant equipment manager for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He would then head over to Europe in 2000 where he was the assistant equipment manager for the Scottish Claymores of NFL Europe. In 2001 he would join The Frankfurt Galaxy and would win a World Bowl in 2003. In 2005 he got back into hockey joining the Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League. Wanting to be closer to family Jeff headed back to Canada. Jeff has been married for two years to his wife Tracy and has a German Sheppard named Copenhagen. The entire Bomber organization welcomes Jeff to the Bomber family.
