The Flin Flon Bombers are happy to announce the signing of ’07 Forward, Leo Seitz, from RINK Hockey Academy U18 of the CSSHL in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The Saskatoon, SK product was the Bombers 4th overall pick in the 2023 SJHL Bantam Draft and was also drafted in the fourth round during the 2022 WHL Prospects Draft by the Tri-City Americans. This past season with RINK, Seitz, averaged a point a game, putting up 10 goals and 14 assists in 24 regular season games, along with 2 goals and 3 assists in 3 games during the playoffs. Before playing for RINK, Seitz was a part of the Saskatoon Blazers U18 AAA, where he won a league Championship during the 2022/23 season and notched 7 goals and 10 assists for 17 points in 44 games. In 2021/22, when Seitz got drafted to the Tri-City Americans, he played for the Saskatoon Stallions U15 AA team, where he put up 81 points (31G, 49A) in 31 games. Standing at 6’1, the left shooting forward will be a great addition to the Bombers front end with his great shot, skating ability and hockey IQ.
