Along with his first period marker, Ringor would add his second of the night to seal the deal in the closing minutes of the third period. Newcomer Kyle Marsden’s first career SJHL goal in his Bombers debut ended up being the game winner and goaltender Matthew Kieper stopped 29 shots to improve his record to 6-0.

Kenneth Marquart’s 34 save shutout led the Bombers to a 4-0 win and weekend sweep over the Millionaires. Wyatt Stinton opened the scoring for the Bombers off of a beautiful pass from Reid Arberry halfway through the first period. Carter Cormier’s power play marker gave the Bombers a 2-0 lead heading into the first intermission and Leighton Carruther’s 3rd of the season helped extend the lead. Alternate captain, Anthony Piccininno put the game away in the third period with his 4th of the season.

The Bombers are back in action next weekend when they hit the road to take on the Battlefords North Stars. The North Stars are coming off of a 9-3 win over the Weyburn Red Wings and are currently two points ahead of the Bombers in the overall standings.
